Just 1.5 mm thick, these period panties look and feel like regular underwear but offer leak-proof protection for up to 12 hours. Their absorbency is equivalent to approximately 4 tampons. How to Use
Put on the period panties just like regular underwear. They can be used as a standalone alternative to pads and tampons. The panties provide protection for up to 12 hours. During heavier periods, you may need to change them during the day.

Care
After wearing, rinse the panties with cold water until the water runs clear. Then machine wash at 30–40 °C. Do not use fabric softener, and if possible, let the panties air dry.
